Jonos Intelligence provides software to help commercial trade contractors prepare quotes and manage job information. The service is provided during active development and may change over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and only for your own business. You will not attempt to access other tenants’ data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third party’s rights.

You retain ownership of the data you put into the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Quotes, calculations, and AI-generated content are aids and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it. We do not provide legal, tax, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jonos Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date above. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
